Shoes aren’t as nice as picture, laces break, easily, customer service will do nothing and ignoring you if you call them out
Put the shoes on, went to tighten the laces and they broke seconds on the first pull. They sent a pair of laces with the box, so that’s not a huge deal, but part of me wonders if they know those places are built to break easily.
