TOTAL SCAM!!! Katycharm advertises on IG & I stupidly fell for their... [removed by editor]ears to be the next big thing in bras! I ordered 2, my size. Waited a month. Never got them.
I contacted them about it. Waited another week or so? & Got some hardly professional email reply. They told me they checked my order & it was in fact STILL in transit. But then proceeded to counsel me on my need to show patience. They gave me a tracking number & said I can see that it's the package is on it's way, but please just be patient. <br />

I checked their tracking number, & after 5 minutes of trying to figure out what it was showing me ALL IN CHINESE, I saw that it WAS "indeed in transit!" It was just shipped THAT DAY from China. Only after I CONTACTED THEM did they submit my order.<br />

I contacted them back & told them I didn't appreciate being patronized about being patient. I WAS already patient, waiting for 4 weeks for this miracle product to show up, & the fact that they gave me a tracking order to an all Chinese website was ridiculous in itself, but then to have the nerve to not fess up to only putting in my order AFTER I contacted them... I told them I would give them 10 days & if it didn't show up by then, I want a full refund.<br />

They responded with another condescending email about "Oh gee, we so sorry, thank you for bringing this to our attention." <br />

The package arrived & these two training bras for tweens was what I paid $40 for made me laugh. WHAT A JOKE! I contacted them yet again, & told them what I thought of their bras & demanded a refund & if they wanted them back, send me a paid return label.<br />

They actually wrote me back & told me, Oh gee, we so sorry. We are here for our beloved costumers, but go fly a kite. Unfortunately, it's passed the 30 day return policy. But thank you for using Katycharm! We look forward to serving you again."<br />

Um... NO! I wrote them back & told them off, explained everything that happened & DEMANDED A FULL REFUND ASAP. <br />

They replied with their stupidest email saying "On no, we so sorry. But you missed the deadline for returns. But for your troubles, we're giving you a 20% for any inconvenience.<br />

I replied yet again, calling them out for their scam, & this is what they replied with (From their actual email: "It broke our hearts to know that we could not be able to support you any further in this case. Once again, we are extremely sorry for any inconvenience that might cause and truly appreciate your decision to address this undesirable issue. <br />
We will definitely take your feedback into consideration for improvement in the near future. ")<br />

TOTAL SCAM!!! AVOID Katycharm like the plague!!!!!
TOTAL SCAM!!! They advertise "Try Before You Buy" to hook you in, but then every single time I tried to accept it, it would give me an error message that the payment didn't work, try another payment type. I did... for a few weeks, ALL KINDS OF DIFFERENT THINGS! & Nothing! I contacted their help desk several times, & the only thing I got from them is an email that said "Someone will reach out to you within 24 hours." But never do. BUT... you will get flooded with texts & emails about their products! ANNOYING to say the least! But then... the clincher: I got a call from my bank asking if I actually made a purchase for $145 from Maelys. NO! Then they asked "So did you make a purchase from Maelys 2 weeks ago for $49? NO!!!!!! They blocked them, but I see now they're just a stupid scam! Yet another! WHY DO I KEEP FALLING FOR THESE SCHEMES? Ugh! DO NOT give Maelys ANY information! You'll be sorry!!!
Just wondering why Scamadviser accepts Wotoba as a sponsor & advertises them on their front page if they don't have a good review. Seems strange to me!
