Before buying, I read the comments of other buyers and asked the seller where the coats were, if they were the correct size, where the coats were coming from, and if they accept returns!
They replied that it was made in Indonesia but came from the United States and accepted returns without problems.<br />

The coats do not have any labels, just a tiny label, an M for medium and an S for small. The coats have an inferior finish; one side is unsown on the front, and the other is missing a button; the coats did not come with extra buttons, so I cannot replace the missing button. I ordered both coats dark green like on the website, but one is light green. I had the intention of keeping the one that suited me the best, that’s why I chose the same color. <br />

I have been exchanging messages with the company, but they don’t allow me to return the coats. They say it will be too expensive for me to return them, then offer me a compensation of $5.00. I laughed. I told them I paid for two coats 109.06; then they offered compensation of $7.00; I told them I wanted to return the coats. <br />
The company asked me not to get angry and then was going to speak to the supervisor to see how they could help me. They did not return.<br />
After more the one month, I wrote saying that I was still waiting and wanted to return the coats. <br />
They offered now a compensation of $12.00 and did not answer about the return choice; I did not answer back. I decided to get PayPal help.<br />
