I ordered 2 dresses over a month ago. They boast a 1-2 day processing and 5-7 business day shipping. None of that was adhered to. I contacted them multiple times and only got copy and pasted emails saying that they would offer me discounts? At no point did they give me a reason why my product was taking so long to process. I told them I wanted a refund and that's when it got fun. THey kept sending me copy and pasted emails and increasing discounts, asking why I wanted a refund (ugh because you didn't even send me a product) and then eventually suggested on a 20% refund?? Their website says that they offer 30 day money back guarantee. But they don't even deliver any products to begin with. If someone got something from that that would be a surprise to me because I am completely convinced that they are just copy and pasting other designer products in mass to attract customers and then communicate with you with these fake emails to keep you waiting so they can capture your money permanently.
I ordered 2 dresses from them on February 24th. Their website promises a 1-2 business day processing and 5-7 day shipping policy which already seems surprising knowing that they are based in China. Well after I bought the dresses I checked every day to see when the website would show order fulfillment...nothing changed and I contacted them a few days later. Then their games started. They reassured me that everything was fine and they would send a tracking number soon. The next week, I asked again and then they said my dress was a "hot seller, " even though i bought two different dresses...And they would offer me a 5 dollar coupon. They also offered 5 percent or 10 percent off next purchase but never explained how or when I can get my money returned for the absent products. I told them I wanted a refund. Its been a week and a half and I asked 6x and each time they send me a copy and pasted email asking why I want a refund and offering me a discount. Nonetheless, I am not happy and disappointed they would go through this much trouble in the creation of their website targeting Muslims. They most likely are completely fake. I doubt there is a factory or any product or inventory anywhere. Abbyyo is a scam so stay away and if you spend your money there they will try to delay or just prevent you from getting your money back. I reported them to my bank and want to make sure the internet gets its first review on this fake company.
