Order No. MK00016088; I bought a robe for my wife for Christmas. I ordered it in November to be sure it arrived. It was advertised (and in photographs) as mid calf and lined. It arrived just before Christmas stuffed into a plastic Ziploc, no packaging, no card, no invoice. No lining and reached only mid thigh. Since I have sent 16 emails, I have them, I have a file for these clowns! I have had every excuse in the book; started with a 5% coupon and went up to 30%. Then it was Chinese New Year. Told them I did not want a coupon, the item was totally wrong, I wanted my money back... Sorry for the inconvenience. We will contact the related department and look into this situation for you... NEXT... I was told by our Financial manager that Our account has been frozen due to a lot of transactions recently. The manager is currently dealing with this issue.[removed by editor]s will be postponed for a period of time.so sorry for the inconvenience. your understanding is highly appreciated... NEXT... Generally, the return shipping fee needs more than 100 dollars, because all returns need to be sent to China, and international logistics is expensive. And other costs incurred by the return are also borne by the buyer, so we really don't recommend you to return it. And the refund needs to be reviewed by many departments of the company and the bank, which takes a long time. We will start the refund process after receiving the package and checking that if it meets the refund requirements. I emailed our trade legislation in China, they gave me a list of Chinese lawyers. Its £70!!<br /> It isn't even the money, it isn't even the shit Christmas present my wife (didn't) get. It's the principal.<br /> I would strongly suggest we stay away from (on line) Chinese goods/presents because if it goes sideways we do not have a leg stand on!
