1) they sent me the wrong product in the first place, NOT what I ordered 2) upon attempting to follow up with them about this, "customer service" emailed me a couple of times asking for more information before stopping responding entirely and didn't actually help solve anything 3) I attempted to follow up with them again and no response at all 4) so here I am without the correct product I originally ordered, no response or follow up or customer service from iAccessorize, and no refund/reimbursement or acknowledgement that they did anything wrong at all in the first place. This "company" is a joke, but no one is laughing. HORRIBLE, INCOMPETENT, THIEVES
