I ordered a mug on Nov 22 2022. Delivery date on the website was Dec 1, 2022. This was supposed to be an international shipment and even this was supposed to be a Christmas gift, I thought I have plenty of time. However, item was only shipped on Dec 1. In UPS tracking, there was an update that it left the US on Dec 3. I followed up in about a week, got a cold response that item is considered lost if there are no updates within 14 business days. I followed up after 14 business days (around Christmas) asking for the refund, received only vague response that they'll see if "refund is approved". No response to any further follow ups and after ~2 weeks they respond - hey, your item suddenly appeared in the customs of my country. From Dec 3 until Jan 7 no one in the world new where the item was. On Jan 7 item arrived at customs. Admitting that they failed, PF offered me to refund the shipping expenses and wait for further updates from customs. I reached out to customs proactively after a while since there were no updates, but they couldn't provide any decent information. Then a couple of days later when I once again reached out to PF, they claimed the item is being returned to them asking me to find out all the details although I provided them with the contact info (really??). Long story short, someone on their end (either PF, UPS or whomever) failed to put my full address as well as my phone number in the tracking system; customs needed more info, but couldn't reach out as they had no proper contact information. Their T&C indicated they commit to deliver internationally within 30 days (I can't find it right now - probably was changed), so they failed anyway and still doing anything they can to avoid refunding the money. It's been almost 2.5 months since I placed an order and I am still waiting for resolution. I encourage everyone to stay away from this sham.
