Poor customer service
Customer service is an absolute joke.
I ask simple questions, and every single one of them copies and pastes the same phrases and typically the same replies.

Absolute worst customer service.
Absolute worst customer service. They don't help with anyone. And they are the rudest people. They delayed their payments. Made false excuses. Then their deposits didnt work and they blame the customer. Worst service ever!!!

good for casino and sport
I don't understand why there are so many negative opinions...play here from 2015 and after checking the documents,withdraw without any problem...and most importantly very fast...very fast withdraw....

Poor service and customer support
They cancelled my account just because I had won a few quid over the space of 2 years. When I asked why I was not given a satisfactory reason. Considering the CEO payed herself a huge bonus in 2022. They act like a 'Mickey Mouse' gambling site.
