Please excuse the tone of my email. I am not angy just frustrated. My words are direct but not in anger. This is my final attempt to get my order replaced. I have wasted 4 hours of my life on this 98 bucks. My hourly rate at work is 50.00 per hour so it's cost me $400.00 in time to try to get you guys to do the right thing!<br />

Here is an official communication from me... "your valued customer". You guys shipped with some weird ups to usps shipping. I did not choose to ship it that way. I always sign for it!!!<br />

There is no investigation at the post office because they don't care and they don't answer the phone. I had to go down and wait in line to talk to them. They called me back one time and said "Sorry not sure what happened". Post office people do not care. <br />

The solution here is The Northerner replacing the order because I will continue to order for years if I receive good customer service. Otherwise I will find another solution or just order directly from the manufacturer. <br />

I ordered 98 dollars of product. Your company shipped it and I did not receive it. I have ordered approximately $450.00 dollars of product from you and I am a good customer. At this point I am will to post some reviews about experience with you guys ans move on from our business relationship if replacement of my order is not an option.
