I ordered a dress Aug 4. On Aug 9 I got a ship notice. But USPS still hasn’t received the package on Aug 18.
I contacted the customer support and 24 hrs later got this reply—
It was sent just a few days before so the tracking information hasn't updated timely, please wait patiently, or you can contact us next week to have a check again, thank you.<br />
