I purchased an item which they told me after a month was out of stock. They then said they would give my money back but they transferred nothing.

I paid 110 euros for a product I did not
I paid 110 euros for a product I did not receive. I sent them reciepts, bank statements and proved to them I paid for the product but their customer support is pathetic.
