I am reposting the review I just made on Trustpilot:
I purchased a ROG Kunai 3 for the ROG Phone 5 accessory from them for a great price (lower than what was available ANYWHERE cos it's a new accessory and nobody, even amazon didn't have it in stock; they only had stock for the variant that supported the ROG Phone 3, not 5 which I had to return when I realized this). I requested 5-7 day DHL shipping for ~$30 via PayPal so I could request a refund if it was a scam site.<br />
Timeline:<br />
1. Purchase on May 3rd [removed by editor] PM.<br />
2. Waited till the next day at 3 PM before I sent an email, asking about getting a tracking number and when the product would be shipped.<br />
3. 11 hours later I received an email from the seller saying that Chinese labor day was from May 1st to May 5th so I had to wait (it was May 5th when I received this email, 1am in the morning for me.)<br />
4. May 6th, [removed by editor] for me I received an email saying that they would ship it out to me the next day.<br />
5. The next day I asked for a tracking number.<br />
6. That same day a couple of minutes later from my previous email the seller replied saying that he/she would send me the "right tracking number" (sounded a bit sketchy to me :P).<br />
7. I waited till the next day as I hadn't received a tracking number from them so I sent an email "tracking number?"<br />
8. 2 hours later they sent me a tracking number which when I looked at online it said the package wasn't even shipped yet.<br />
9. I sent them an email the same day I checked the tracking number when they first sent it to me asking when it would be shipped (May 8th Saturday)<br />
10. The next day I hadn't received word from the seller and looking online it said it still wasn't shipped.<br />
11. the day after that I checked again and it said that the package was shipped and it would arrive in 5-7 business days; so I was appeased :D.<br />
12. The package arrived 3 days later and in perfect working condition.<br />

There were many a time when I almost sent him an email saying that it was okay I want my money back and I would try to find it someplace else (because I have had bad experiences with Chinese sellers and buyers and the reviews on this site didn't help) or just wait for more of the product to be in stock, but I held off because when I looked at how long I waited I thought it reasonable to give the seller a bit of time to get things sorted which I am glad I did.
