i hired them for my Higher studies and i found out that this people are fraud my whole filing process and the process team are not acting as per every thing was said and described me on first meeting, the grievance is that every time I take step in by sendin[removed by editor]s and making them recall that i am their client too then only process starts, and If i would take months to see if I am getting any reply or call or mail or anything they would have never try to reach me by any mean and i have experienced the same many times, and the process is only vague calls from the managers about consoling and requesting for the last chance and to stay in the process, which happened recently with me on 15th June, 2020 which was after months from the last email. I experienced the same even when the consultant was changed, it clearly shows and gives hints that the Process team don't want to work for me or anyone. So this is my Request to my friends that who every is thinking to go Y-axis dont do you can refer above and below points for reasons, your application in colleges and your money will get wasted due to Yaxis mismanagement my prior opportunity was gone and I do not want to waste my other opportunities because the agency on which I trusted is not working. so go anywhere but not here as they will not work for you and they will eat your money...they will say that we are going to refund you but they wont refund and will try their best to keep the refund on hold by any mean(for more proof with photos you can find my same review anywhere on facebook or google review in mumbai)<br /> <br /> let me get you one thing straight i didn't believed on this comments that many people gave on many sites, they told me and i personally experienced that, what they explain you during the first level of discussion or consultation is very rosy and nice picture and convince you to go ahead with them. They will be behind you like anything and provide information whatever you ask. Once you made the payment, you will experience the reality. You need to run behind them if you want to talk to them or need any further guidance. I am extremely disappointed with consultancy provided by y-axis, for which they are charging huge money from clients. What all you do in this admission process, can be done on its own without wasting your money on these people. I need a complete refund of my amount paid to y-axis which I am sure is a complete waste of my time and money.
