I will go on EVERY review platform to share my experience and to prevent others from falling victim to this company's blatant dishonesty and thievery!
I purchased a skirt from them in early March and am STILL waiting for them to make things right with my order. When I went to [removed by editor] shipment from a FedEx center, the box the skirt came on was so severely damaged (I photo evidence and one of the reps present can attest to the damage). Secondly, upon visual inspection of the box, it was evident that the item inside WAS NOT MY SKIRT. I refused shipment as a result. After email back and forth with Cettire customer service about getting a refund, they have since STOPPED responding to my inquiries nor have I been issued a refund. <br />

Do not allow their responses to negative reviews to sway you and convince you that they are trying to rectify negative buying experience - they are NOT and it is ALL a show. <br />

This company will take your money and if you complain, stop responding to you all together. I have never experienced a business that was so reckless, dishonest and fraudulent. They are a SHAMEFUL excuse for a business and should be reported to the proper authorities. <br />

PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - IT IS NOT WORTH THE STRESS THAT WILL INEVITABLY ENSUE. <br />
