Definitely a scam, time slot apparently sold out and no refund after 2 weeks
I booked 3 tickets, a few hours before our time slot I received an email saying the time slot is fully booked so to rebook. It was too late/ we didn't have enough time to fit this is in so I requested a refund which I have not received since 23rd
