I preordered a 2023 pet callendar and so far I never received a tracking number for my order. I tried contacting them but received no response. Fortunately I paid through Paypal so I’ll be getting a refund.

Poor delivery service.
I’ve ordered from this company a couple of times and their deliver service is absolutely abysmal. Their so called 2 hour delivery service is a joke. It took 4 hours for my last order to arrive.

Don’t adopt from them!
Their adoption process is the worst. There’s dozens of dogs and cats that need good,loving homes but they won’t let you adopt unless you have a house with a fenced yard.

I wish I could leave zero stars because that’s what they deserve. I placed and order an hour ago. It still hasn’t arrived. I contacted their customer dissevice but they were no help. Just offered my one poor excuse after another. From now on
