This site is a scam for NFT art. An artist will be approached by someone on Instagram or Faceook, wanting to buy your art. They want it for NFTs. They will direct you to a site like this, and reject the most trustworthy ones like OpenSea and Rarible. You need to pay up front of course to upload a piece of art and mint the NFT - the gas price they quote is 300 EUR per piece (the current gas price charged on the reliable sites is about 22 EUR per piece)
THEN the biggest part of the fraud sets in. To connect your Metamask (cyrpto) wallet, they ask you to enter your "seed code". This is basically the keys to all your crypto. Metma<sk themselves have a clear rule; NEVER give anyone your seed code as they can steal every cent you have.
I spoke for a long while to the Metamask security team who said this is 100% a scam site, and the ones who approached you are part of the scam.
I have also seen on Reddit that once you join, and pay your exorbitant minting price, they do not give you your proceeds from the sale before you pay a 1500 EUR membership fee. And then don't release the funds anyway!
100% scam. Block. Report to Metamask Security.
Greedy, unfair, and ruthless company. Promoting a 48-hour protection period for the consumer's deposit, pretending for protecting the tenant's money, they do not refund this if disputed. I disputed in less than 24 hours, and still they rejected a refund. The invoice, never itemised, was never provided before the deposit was taken. There were so many hidden (or badly-advertised) extra charges, and exclusion of things you expect ina a co-living space - like TV, laundry, linen. Be VERY careful; read every word of fineprint, and study closely the room photos for things that are not provided.

I booked within 14 days of taking up the room; they refused a refund of my despoit as I had not cancelled 30 days before. Impossible. VERY poor consumer focus; money before everything. Never use this company.
