I ordered a Christmas deer family from a store called Michaels, whose website looks just like the Michaels craft store in Canada. They gave me a tracking number for a carrier called Sprinter. The tracking showed no information a week later, so I followed up with an email to customer support, only it went to balsamhilli[removed by editor]. They gave me a link to 17 track, which appeared to show the order was shipped. 3 weeks later, still no order, so followed with another email, this one went to netcontactus[removed by editor]. The reply said it was delivered to the addressee successfully. The tracking said it went to CAThornton and not to Alberta, which is where I live. They steadfastly claim that I received the order when I did not. The email I received came from [removed by editor] All these different addresses for the same order. I have given up and confirm that I have been scammed.
