I recently had a very frustrating experience with Henry Meds that compelled me to share my thoughts. I attempted to schedule a doctor's meeting with them not once but three times, and each time, I was met with significant delays and unresponsiveness. This led me to question their motivations, especially when I discovered they were in the midst of a seed funding round. They appeared to be more interested in gathering cash than providing timely service. On all three occasions, I waited patiently in three different time zones for a doctor to join me at the appointed time. I even took screenshots of my virtual waiting room to prove my presence. Yet, I was repeatedly told that the doctor couldn't reach me, even though I was actively waiting. This blatant lack of communication and service was highly disappointing. To resolve this matter, I had to turn to the Better Business Bureau to get a response from Henry Meds, and since then, I've received a credit. However, the entire process was tedious and time-consuming, and I almost ran out of my necessary medication. This experience led me to explore other options, and I ultimately switched to ReflexMD. Unlike Henry Meds, ReflexMD provided a smoother and more efficient experience. They promptly conducted a brief conversation, arranged the necessary blood tests, and delivered my medication as described. While ReflexMD may have a few mixed reviews, they indeed appear to be a more credible and reliable choice compared to Henry Meds. It's disheartening that an organization might prioritize cash flow over serving its clients, leading to significant delays in providing essential healthcare services. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend exploring alternatives. If possible, consult your doctor or medical network for a more reliable source of medication. My medication from ReflexMD arrived promptly, while my ordeal with Henry Meds lasted for a frustrating five weeks. In conclusion, my interaction with Henry Meds was a drawn-out and disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend their services.
