Despite returning the item, I only received a refund for the glasses themselves, with no compensation for the shipping fee incurred during the return process. The amount I paid for shipping from Denmark to Slovakia exceeded 250 DKK (292 DKK = cca
39€), which I believe should have been included in my refund. It is disappointing and unprofessional that an e-commerce company that presents itself strongly does not offer free returns or compensate customers for their postage expenses.
