Ordering an expensive handbag is supposed to be a great experience - I could not wait to receive the parcel from Sneaker Peeker. I got an experience alright - a TERRIBLE one - I received a FAKE BAG and got MOCKED by the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The
parcel arrived - a simple plastic bag with a poorly cut bubble wrap wrapped around a 55 euro "original" Guess bag. I had to double-check if it was really what I had ordered from this "premium" reseller. The smudged dirty invoice written half in Polish and half in German did say "Guess bag - 55 euros". The bag had the logo alright - though the letters were DIRTY and had to be cleaned. The bag had NO ORIGINAL TAG, was stuffed with a SLOPPILY cut plastic and paper. Moreover, this "new, original" bag was ALREADY FRAYING. It had in some places three in some two POORLY made stiches. I was SHOCKED AND FURIUOUS that I had been SCAMMED. I wrote to Sneaker Peeker - they responded that I should send proof - I sent them pictures clearly showing FRAYING SEAMS, DIRTY INVOICE, HANGING THREADS, FAKE TAG. I got a response saying "oh, you are no expert in handbags - this fraying, dirty, poorly-made fake bag is in fact a premium 88 euro retail price Guess bag". WHAAT!? They said that it's all original and I can get money back if I send the bag back in pristine condition - clean and unused. WHAT? Am I supposed to pay for cleaning and repairs of this FAKE BAG? I also read online that Sneaker Peeker is famous for NOT RETURNING MONEY AND STEALING THE PRODUCT WHICH HAD BEEN SENT BACK. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AND I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN. YOU SHOULD NOT EITHER
