Optimum, moved my billing to the 25th of every month when i pay on the 3rd. I had called them 4 times they Sayed they fixed it but never did and is charging me late fees and for a Apple tv box that i took back to them almost a year ago. The do
nothing but lie and they need to be investigated and shut down.
