Since it seems that the only way they respond to my emails it’s when I post a negative review...
Although they just answer me to make excuses…
I ordered UGG boots on December 18 and It hasn’t arrived on February 1. After
several excuses and false promises, on January 20 I received an email confirming the shipment of my order with a tracking number and a delivery date of January 24 to 26 (always saying that the transport company still have not received the package). Mysteriously, on January 26, the shipment is cancelled, I contact Duzara and they tell me that they had forgotten a paper but they have already sent it, so if the status of the shipment does not change, I should contact them. February 1, everything still the same and they do not respond to the 3 emails that I have sent them. Suspicious... I honestly think it's a SCAM and seeing the number of similar comments and how Duzara deletes the negative comments from its Instagram… We should report the account so they don't deceive more people. I have already given up with my boots… well… HORRIBLE<br />

UPDATE<br />
Not only have I still not received my boots, but the Duzara legal team has told me that they will not send them to me due to my "bad behavior" and has threatened to charge me €500 to my card for each day that I do not remove my review. I have reported the instagram account for SCAM. All of us should do the same so Instagram blocks the account and DUZARA cannot scam anyone else.
