I ordered at the start of December for 1 item which I still have not received. After multiple email chains I have found that “the item I have ordered is very popular” and they will “get the warehouse to ship it out as soon as they have
more”. I have requested a refund more than 7 times and the company keep ignoring my request and tell me again that they will send it out as soon as possible.
