I don’t remember signing up, yet I discovered this by seeing direct debits every month for around 30£. I kept forgetting to look into it, until around the 3rd month, when I tracked down their website through Google and managed to chat to a
virtual customer service person, I was told that they would cancel the direct debit, and that I had accrued 86£ worth of points from my direct debit, and had to spend it on their website vs being given a full refund. I spend 1hr on their piece of shit website to find 86£ worth of stuff I would even want, and place the order. The customer service person says that they’ve now closed my account and cancelled direct debit so all would be done. We hang up. A few minutes later, I get an email saying that my order had been cancelled bc the items are out of stock and that they’ve fully refunded me my points so that I can go place another order. I now no longer have access to my account.
