Received burnt, broken DVD. NO customer service.
Ordered a movie from them. It took 3 weeks to get... not a huge deal BUT when it arrived it was in a slim DVD case with obviously printed artwork and a burnt Maxell DVD-R disc that was broken in half. Messaged and emailed 3 times over the last 2
