I have been dealing with the corporate offices for the past 2 months, they know that I'm due a refund. I was told the refund will be issued a refund per this email

We would like to collect the first 12 digits of the card used, so we can escalate this refund issue to our Finance Department. Our Finance Department will be able to research your refund and manually enter this is need be. Please contact us at 1-866-586-0155 Option 2 so we can confirm the information we have. If the card is no longer valid, we would like to collect a new card number or a PayPal email address so we can have this refund processed for you. Please provide this information at your earliest convenience so we can forward it to our Finance Department. <br />
