I have had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered an item and over two weeks it states as it is still "processing" in their system, of which it should be in transit being shipped. Moreover, when you first inquire about a product, they
are quite aggressive on making the sale. Following purchasing, they do not respond to emails. I have just cancelled my order, and waiting for a confirmation email. Apparently it takes 14 days for the refund. I am prepared to file a complaint with the authorities as I believe customers should be safeguarded. The UAE is known for first rate customer service, and this company is not up to par.
