I waited 3 months to receive the chandelier I ordered, only to receive the wrong one. I contacted customer service and had multiple exchanges, provided pics and all the info they requested. After all the hoops, the seller is refusing to even
acknowledge that I was sent the wrong item. Even when presented with side by side photos of what I ordered from the company's own website and what I received, as well as screenshots of item description and my order info with the CORRECT item number. Seller is still refusing to send me the correct item or to provide a refund.
