I purchased a international plane ticket during the pandemic in 2021 in anticipation of prices going up when travel started. I also bought insurance to cover the flight. Now less than a month before the flight, the airline made an itinery change
causing a several hour schedule conflict with the next flight. Instead of correcting the schedule, ASAP canceled my ticket and even had the nerve to offer a voucher for a new ticket with the corrected schedule but a thousand dollars more. I am waiting ....for my refund and of course only nonmanagement answers the phones so it is impossible to get any real assistance.
