Contacted support answer : We don´t take any money until we ship the order. What we make is a reservation on the credit card. As the order hasn´t gone through, the money will be
liberated back to your credit card. Depending on which bank institute you have, this operation can take some time. I am sorry. It will eventually be liberated, but as I said, it depends on the bank instute. We have no influence over it. <br />

No promotion, just some fake excuses : I can see on the system that you have had issues with your credit card some other days. Unfortunately there is no problem at our end. Therefore, we can´t offer you any furhter discount. We are very sorry. <br />

If there is no problem at your end, why i didn't get my order confirmation ? Because there is a problem at your end ... otherwise my order would have been confirmed and i wouldn't be wasting my time writing this review for this shitty service Titus-shop has.<br />
