I've received a response from Stocksmarketaccess complaint stating that I failed to complete the trading course and have not activated the withdrawal window for withdrawal approval.

The contract terms were clear between you and the management and it carries all steps required in managing your portfolio, your account is active and you can still carry out your withdrawal only when the terms required by the company are met and that include activating your window to complete your withdrawal process.
