Very poor support!!!
They are not giving email notifications before putting the server down. I have said them to give me an update every 15 minutes but after 3 hrs no
reply<br />
from them. <br />

Also, they said for 1-2 hrs their hardware issue gets solved and the server will be up but after 6 hrs they are sleeping. Not replying to email, not chat .. nothing...<br />

If they have a hardware issue then also they can not get new hardware after 6 hrs of downtime<br />

When getting connected with the chat team, it is getting connected but not replying <br />

After 6 hrs also they said "Tracy X.:<br />
We are sorry that due to the COVID-19, we can only go to the data center in the afternoon to solve this problem. We are sorry for the inconvenience and hop to get your understanding."<br />

For hardware issues, they are fixing the issue with the repair but don't replace it temporarily. Also, they don't have any automatic routine for hardware checks and getting anytime failure in hardware.
