I invested money and this wallet was recommended. After receiving my profit in my wallet. Sending my pasport even my drivinglicence these people ask me an deposit of 2500 in bitcoin to tranfer my profit from my wallet. They told me this was company requirement after asking them for their policy they told me it only could be given at their office. So i life in Holland and for a policy i needed to go to ? Cause on their app you can see nothing about this requirement registering. They didn't want to Sent a policy so i could check it myself or someone look into it from law if this is a normal requirement. Enventually i Sent 30 dollar from my litebit account to check if it will get on my wallet. It did still i had no acces to my own wallet. After one day there was an amount off 1389 dollar in crypto Sent to a wallet i didn't sent it to my wallet still i had no acces. They told me that they had technical problems<br /> So a technical problem will make crypto Sent from my wallet were i got no acces to, to a wallet i die not Sent crypto to. They say sory for the inconvience but they want me to deposit 2500 dollar on crypto so i can make use of my own wallet. Were an amount of 18060 investment money that i got no acces to but 1389 dollar on currency was an inconvience because of technical problems. I was mad and told them to Sent the money back to the sender the people and the 30 dollar i Sent from my own wallet. So i told them cancel it. Cause i do not agree with your requirement and after finding a policy on safecrypt online .in the whole privacy and policy not once i saw a requirement of depositing 2500 dollar in crypto to transfer your own currency from your wallet. My investment i received and i needed 2500 dollar in crypto to get acces on my own wallet to tranfer. Never heard such a shady requirement. They told me that the money that was Sent from my wallet was restore. Just explain to me how a technical problem can Sent 1389 dollar on crypto to an onknown wallet. So people this is my experience with this company and i warn people cause this is not normal 48 hours for verifying i allready on day 4. No response for canceling cause i ain't going to deposit to get asses to my own crypto. I think this company has a precinception of people when they do not fit in their box coming with shady requirements while they or giving shady excuses about how money is transfer out of someones wallet with Some lame technical excuses as an inconvience while you require me to trust your requirement so people looking to use their wallet this is my experience with this company not Wishing it for no one else .
