I completed the online form completely and correctly. When I submitted it, I received a "payment on hold" notice. I called the number under the notice and got a service which first, wanted to remote control my screen; then he directed me to
"billing" who wanted access to my bank so they could deposit a "trial" amount to enable them to refund any money I might have been billed. ????? I stated repeatedly I was uncomfortable with going through these antics and giving them access to too many things. I finally hung up as they seemed suspicious. Next, I opened a chat session, explained what happened and I received an automated pre-populated answer, not even a real person. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
