Right now we have a pending withdrawal that they haven't paid
We processed the withdrawal last September 21, 2020 we were wondering they are not enabling the withdrawal option that day, to find out that they put the withdrawal on hold. They said
they will pay 2 weeks after that is the new rule. But until now nothing. No one is even responding on messenger Extocks International. They said they are facing difficult times due to one of the staff infected of covid-19, But that money which is on hold and they should release should be released. Because not everyone has been affected by covid-19 (their staff) and all transactions are online, that is our hard earned money. I hope someone could help us before we get all scammed. The website is still working this moment and we are afraid they will disappear given that no one is even replying to me or to my friends. Please help us.
