While I don't have any previous experience with this company I am not pleased at all. They misled me and stated that they had thermometers in stock. I am a legitimate retailer with 13 locations and was desperately looking for thermometers due to
Covid-19. I ordered 13 thermometers from GearsPlay in April for over $900 for my stores, and they are just now arriving. The website at the time said that they were in stock. These are inferior products as several are not working and they are NOT FDA approved. When I emailed the owner about this over two weeks ago and have not received a response. I also tried finding a phone number to call, and there is no phone number. This is a very serious issue, and having a reliable thermometer is very important. This company should never have agreed to sell these products. All of which are from China. They have also arrived two at a time and all of their boxes have been smashed. I have only received 10 out of the 13 that I have ordered. I basically through away over $900 for an inferior product. Several do not work, and I have no recourse to get my money back. This is not a reputable company and I would be very cautious purchasing anything from them.
