I keep trying to get money taken out of my account, but they either don't respond to my emails or come up with a reason why they can't.
Given how long this process has taken, I sent them an email to request that I be able to cancel my account and
receive my money back. Additionally, they are not responding to me, exactly as they used to. I followed up with emails, but I haven't heard back. I sought help from M E R S E Y H I P[removed by editor] as a result, and they were able to [removed by editor] my money and pay me back when they interfered.<br />
