My order was placed on January 29. NEARLY TWO MONTHS AGO. The tracking information they provided was a dud. I patiently asked an update. They provided a new tracking number and gave me a timeframe. I waited that timeframe and the information never
updated and the order never arrived. I then asked for a refund, and they said they'd get back to me. When I still heard nothing, I posted about my experience on their Facebook page AND sent them a message...and they responded by BLOCKING ME. No response to emails. No one picked up when I called. All over a $30 phone case. BUYER BEWARE!
