I have started with this company from few months ago. First they called me from Ontario Canada John, he convinced me that CFD-pro is the reliable and they have so many clients. In that time I had few scam that stole money from me and I came to the
point to start with cautious. He referred me to a financial advisor Emma in US (NY branch). She setup [removed by editor] with me and all licenses that prove they are registered broker. She worked very organized on my account every other days phone call and build the trust. There were some activity showing unusual and I was a bit alert but anyway I passed those alerts in my mind. Two months ago she stopped calling and just one email saying her son was sick and she couldnt contacted me and she will. But she never contacted me. I tried different way to see how should I proceed with my account with 5k in it. Finally through online I could find a gate to contact customer service Anna. She said a manager will contact me and after few weeks finally Roger Klauer by [removed by editor] account emailed me and finally we talked over the phone. He mentioned that they are rebranding so the account money should be transferred to myself. I was thankful to him and he said it will be today or tomorrow by etransfer. I was waiting for E Trans till today, but nothing happened. I called him and he said he was trying to call me that I need to transfer 15% of the fund again in order to release that Etransfer from their bank to our bank. Sounds like scam since no bank ask something like that. When I opposed him, he tried to move around with US Tax and so on but he is saying it is refundable. Since I had few scamms and all of them the same things asking for refundable money to send your money, I avoided to do the same mistake I did before. The call went nowhere and is a scam tactic. I talked to my lawyer and he said there is no meaning to ask you something like that and no bank stop E Transfer for this and doesnt make sense at all. So, I am writing this to see if a manager of this company wants to resolve my issue and get my money back from this platform. At the moment they changed my fund to zero on platform asking for 15%. I have all the document from beginning collected due to the previous experiences.
