I lost a lot, and their staff did nothing to try to resolve the problem. I'm simply happy that I reported the problem to (̲w̳w̳w̳.̳R̳a̳n̳g̳e̳b̳o̳l̳t̳.̳c̳o̳m̳)̲ , as they ensured that I received everything back.
