After almost 2 weeks of waiting and multiple follow up emails about my order, I received the following email “ We're sorry for keeping you waiting. Upon checking our warehouse, we found that the items did not meet our quality standards for
dispatch. Unfortunately, the new ones have not arrived yet. As a result, we have canceled your order and voided your payment. Please check your account then. Once again, we're sorry for this issue.”
