Do not buy from Adept or trust that a part is in stock even if it shows in stock. After placing an order for a part that showed it was in stock, I never got a message that it was backordered. I found out when I went back to look at my order status.
No problem. I ordered from another company that actually had it in stock. Tried to cancel the Adept order but the site didn't show it cancelled so I emailed and explained thta I was disappointed that I wasted time on something that was backordered. Got absolutely blown up by Customer service or the owner. I have never had a support person send me a scathing email like I received. This is the nicest part of the email: "Your order is canceled. When you want to cancel a backorder, you don't need to send us any commentary, especially if it's absolutely wrong and accusatory. The fact that we have to waste time replying to your dumb email is even more disappointing but we are sure you can care less about anyone's time. " I'd say STAY AWAY... especially if there is any chance you will need service or support.
