I paid this company over 500.00 for their vacation package. They booked our hotel room and it was supposed to be paid for by them. When we arrived, VO's card declined and the hotel CHARGED MY CARD instead. When I tried to get it straightened out
with VO and have them refund me for the amount of the room, their response was basically, "too bad, so sad". A direct quote from customer service was "I don't see how this is our problem. We're not giving you a refund". So now I'm out over 700.00 without seeing a single service from these people.
