I arranged to hire a car in early April unfortunately due to a bereavement we had to cancel. I knew there would be a £25 fee taken due to the late cancellation. I was promised the remaining money back and expected this to go back on my credit card
which I used to pay for it. The money did not arrive and I have had to phone and email many times to get things seen to. Instead of the money going onto my credit card they sent it through to my bank account but in the process they charged me fees totalling £16. I am now 10 weeks on and I am still trying to get the rest of my money back. I DO NOT recommend using this company as getting anything sorted is not easy.
