I paid one item for the Rimowa promotion at 16HKD yesterday following a Facebook advertisement from Cathay. I unchecked the box to make it a recurring payment; it was supposed to be a one-time payment.
I did not receive the luggage and do not
think I will receive it at my address as promised on their website against this payment.<br />

I was surprised to see on their website that I was billed a similar amount every three days. Therefore, I tried to cancel my subscription yesterday but received an error message telling me it was impossible within 24 hours. <br />

I went to cancel my subscription today and realized that 75 HKD had been deducted from my credit card without authorization. <br />

In conclusion, you are liable for four frauds in a row:<br />
- Fake advertising on Facebook<br />
- Payment for a Rimowa item I did not receive<br />
- Recurrent payment without my authorization<br />
- Inability to cancel the subscription within 24 hours<br />
- Additional debit of my credit card without my authorization<br />

To solve this case, I expect to receive the Rimowa luggage within 14 days and be debited for the second payment, which was not authorized. In parallel, I will file a complaint with the police, with my lawyer in the loop.<br />
