They have taken my $190 gift card... it now has a zero balance and I have not received any payment. I have tried to contact customer support and the only response I've gotten is a comment on a review I wrote that I didn't need to use them again.
They didn't offer an apology, solution or explanation. Did not offer payment or return of the money that was on the card. It seems that most of the decent reviews are people that change the bad reviews they wrote in order to get paid what they were owed and the companies responses are rude and unprofessional.
