I ordered a Dyson Airwrap Complete on 12/21/2023 and as of 1/3/2024 still haven't received any updates on the order, nor tracking information. They charged me immediately and the order status is "processing" which, according to their site means it
can't be cancelled. Their customer support phone number is just an automated system that routes you to the web site, which won't have cancel or return links available, or to their email, which won't be acknowledged (probably not even checked). The site's a scam.
