somehow got signed up for their $15/mo reward program (I don’t subscribe to monthly charges and I always make an appointment on my phone to cancel free trials).
When I caught the issue and contacted customer service to fix this, they refused to
refund a third of the charges. They were dismissive and rude. Guess I’m going back to Amazon.
