I was happy with the item that I ordered and received about three weeks ago. Not at all happy about the recent couriers email that an order for a second, identical item is to be delivered soon. Checked my card account and sure enough, it has been
charged for, too. Now have to contact them and hope they will do the right thing and refund for the second item not ordered. Not happy and would have given zero stars as my rating rather than the one star, were it possible.
